Terms governing the use of the Bladio Studio website and the services we provide. Written in plain language, without unnecessary complexity.
Last updated: June 2025By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website.
These terms apply to your use of the Bladio Studio website. They do not govern the delivery of specific services, which is handled separately through individual proposals, quotes and signed contracts. Where a conflict exists between these website terms and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence.
Bladio Studio S.A.R.L. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this website after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will always be reflected in an updated date at the top of this page.
These terms apply to website visitors and enquiries only. Clients engaged in active projects are covered by a separate service agreement that supersedes these terms in all matters relating to project delivery.
Bladio Studio is an independent software and systems studio based in Luxembourg. We design, build and maintain software, websites, infrastructure and automation systems for businesses. The following core disciplines describe the services we offer.
Business websites built for performance and longevity.
Tailored applications for specific business workflows.
Managed EU hosting, servers and operational reliability.
Reliable pipelines that replace manual processes.
Ongoing support, security updates and monitoring.
Architecture reviews, audits and technology decisions.
The availability of specific services may change over time. We may expand, limit or discontinue services based on capacity or business direction. Where a service is already contracted and in delivery, changes do not affect that existing engagement.
All client work is governed by a separate, specific agreement between Bladio Studio and the client. Website terms do not constitute a service agreement and do not create any obligation to perform work.
No work begins until a written proposal has been accepted and a deposit has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Enquiries submitted through the contact form do not create any contractual obligation on either side.
All content on this website — including text, design, code, visual assets, brand elements and structure — is the property of Bladio Studio S.A.R.L. unless explicitly stated otherwise. This includes the Bladio Studio name, logo and visual identity.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use content from this website for commercial purposes without written permission from Bladio Studio. Referencing or linking to this website for informational purposes is permitted.
Client work is different. Intellectual property rights in software, websites and other deliverables created under a client agreement transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment, in accordance with the terms of that agreement. These website terms do not govern or restrict IP transfer in client engagements.
Open source components used in client work remain subject to their respective licences. We disclose the use of open source dependencies in our project documentation.

This limitation applies to losses arising from reliance on content published on this website, from temporary or permanent unavailability of the website, or from any interaction with linked third-party websites.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted under Luxembourg law.
Liability in relation to services delivered to clients is governed exclusively by the signed service agreement for that engagement, which contains specific warranty, remedy and limitation provisions appropriate to the scope of work.
